Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (Canada & U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional charges apply)

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on location

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect addresses. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Wrong Address or Order Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you need to update your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it (shipping fees apply).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at vyzluxe@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
